Testimonials:
“Emmie provided me with a safe and calming space to talk and just 'be'. I now have more confidence in myself and have been able to make healthy boundaries for myself.”
“Emmie and I worked together at a point when I was facing some personal and professional challenges, and our weekly sessions helped me to unpack how I was feeling and the reasons why I felt 'stuck'. I really felt listened to from our first conversation, and able to explore things I hadn't anticipated would be helpful, in a calm and warm space. Emmie brought a helpful balance of allowing our discussions to flow and of prompting me by posing questions and things to consider. My experience was very positive.”
“I'm so grateful to Emmie for her hours of non-judgmental listening and support. The safe, compassionate space has enabled me to confront uncomfortable experiences, and given me a different perspective. Now I feel more able to deal with issues with self compassion rather than fear or self destruction. I feel so glad and fortunate to have had this counselling.” “Counselling helped me to talk about things from my past that I have never felt able to talk about before. I was able to voice my thoughts, and feel that I was not judged if the thoughts were bad. I felt very supported over the time that I had my counselling.”
“I appreciated Emmie talking and listening to me, and helping me with my past and current issues. I have been able to take on board many thoughts from her and adapted them to my own mindset. I liked her approachable manner as I found it very easy to open up to her. I will be forever grateful.”
"Thank you, Emmie, from the bottom of my heart. I'm so grateful and really do appreciate you. I cannot write in words how much you have helped and supported me."
